Secretary of State John Merrill has a lawsuit filed against him for blocking people on Twitter.  Democrats continue their crusade against Brett Kavanaugh, and the more we find about the accuser, the more well-connected to the DNC she is.  The Democrats also display a blatant double standard when they believe Kavnaugh's accuser without question, but ignore the far more credible accusation that DNC Deputy Chair Keith Ellison Sexually assaulted a woman.

The battle of Brett Kavanaugh continues as Alabama Senator Doug Jones calls for a subpoena on Mark Judge (Kavanaugh's friend that was allegedly there) but not on the accuser, Dr. Christine Ford.  A new book by Rachel Hollis causes some controversy in the Christian community.  Caleb explains why her "gospel of convenience" is not rooted in truth or scripture.

In a radio interview, Governor hopeful Walt Maddox reveals that he opposes a bill aimed at clarifying Alabama's constitution does not state people have a right to abortion.  Chelsea Clinton claims in a Sirius XM panel that limiting abortion would be "Un-Christian."

Democratic Governor Candidate Walt Maddox goes toe-to-toe with News Talk 99.5's Matt Murphy, and it doesn't go so well for him.  Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanagh's sexual assault accuser is invited by Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley to testify on Monday.  Actor Jim Carrey goes on Bill Maher and comes with a surprising message that nobody in the media noticed.

Happy Constitution Day!  Caleb celebrates our constitution turning 231 with a series special.  Senator Doug Jones of Alabama goes on CNN to be interviewed by Jake Tapper.  Judge Brett Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Ford, comes forward with details about how Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted her.

A mobile app developed in Alabama helps local business and customers donate to chrarity using regular, every-day purchases.  Senator Dianne Feinstein alledges that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh engaged in sexual misconduct when he was a teenager and backs it up with no evidence at all.  President Trump plans to give $20 million to Mexico to deport their own illegal immigrants.  Facebook does a fact-check on the left-leaning website ThinkProgress and the left is furious despite calling for more censorship and fact-checking by social media companies.

Alabama Retired State Employee Association hosts a forum for candidates running in the upcoming election.  Democrat Governor candidate Walt Maddox appears promising a lottery and an expansion of Medicare.  Democrat Secretary of State candidate Heather Milam claims we need automatic voter registration and early voting.  The Washington Posts puts out a piece literally blaming President Trump for Hurricane Florence.  Sports Radio 740's Joe Hunk stops by to comment on Serena Williams meltdown and accusations of sexism at an umpire after her loss in the U.S. Open.
