New guidelines in the Oklahoma House has many claiming that the state is discriminating against religious minorities from presenting the daily invocation.  The media continues to show their ignorance on guns.  MSNBC claims that arming teachers will do no good, but none of their arguments are based in truth.  A legal scholar from Florida makes the case that state law could have been used to arrest the Parkland shooter and/or confiscate his firearms.
